Introducing the IXXO Hub POS Plugin

This new service helps merchants comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, which took effect to enhance consumer protection and product accountability across the European market. Under the GPSR, any business selling products to consumers in the European Union, whether based inside or outside the EU, must appoint an EU Authorised Representative (AR). The AR acts as the official contact point for regulators and market surveillance authorities, ensuring that the merchant’s products meet safety and traceability standards before reaching customers.
